This is our favorite pepper! Known as the Russian roulette of peppers, some peppers are spicy while others are very mild. We love to sauté them in olive oil until just soft and sprinkle with coarse sea salt. Makes a great appetizer!

These seeds come from our friends at the San Diego Seed Company, which produces organic, heirloom varieties hardy enough to be grown nearly anywhere, but especially adapted for the challenges of Southern California’s microclimates.
